RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
As a business we value your satisfaction with our product.
We currently offer a 30 day exchange for the following:
• Product arrives defective or damaged shipped by us
• If you ordered the wrong size item
• Seller sends wrong item
Product(s) will be thoroughly inspected to qualify for exchange (new & unused condition)
Please contact us prior to returning item. Failure to notify will result in item not being accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if seller is not at fault Incorrect address delivery upon purchase is not seller's fault. Please make sure address is correct.
Refund
Refund is only available after multiple attempts to resort issue (mainly defective product on seller's end) Customer will receive full refund (excluding shipping) You can contact us by email at
